i went thrifting yesterday !! went 2 two diff goodwillz but the first wuz DEF better than the second, i found a black crushed velvet long skirt & it wuz vintage !? i tried it on & it wuz perfect omg, i luv it sm !!! xDDDD ive been thinking of getting a long black skirt 4 a while & im so glad i found this 1, it totally haz serena from mtv downtown vibez xDDDD x33 also found a black tank top thatz also crushed velvet, im thinking of styling it with a fishnet top underneath :000 i also found a killstar top but it wuz way 2 big TwT an awesum goth wuz def here !! xDDDD i didn't find anything fom the second place ;w;

im thinking of adding a page 4 me 2 post picz of all my thrift findz but idk if it should b an album part of 'my picz' or if i should make a separate "thrift findz" page on the gallery, wut do u think ? mayB ill make a poll lolz, or send me an email !

finalz r coming up which meanz that the quarterz almost done which also meanz that i'll have more time 2 work on non school stuff yayyy !! xDDDD namely working on the second issue of stephs room the zine & also drawing more pagez 4 my webcomic ! school has kept me busy from working on it 4 so long omg TwT i havent registered 4 my next classes yet tho bc i gotta meet with the counselor first 0-o

anywayz ive been thinking of wayz 2 organize this blog a bit more. i considered trying out zonelets bc i like how it organizes posts on the diff tabs n stuff, it kinda remindz me of rarebit but 4 blog posting lol. but idk, i like how ive customized the look of my blog & zonelets seemz kinda limited in terms of itz customization, mayB itz a lil too plain-ish 4 my tastez LOL. itz alr tho, i luv my blog xDDDD x33

MY IPOD CAMEEE !!!! xDDDD it arrived a few dayz ago, i luv it smm omg !!!! xDDDD it actually had a lot of music loaded on it (mostly Christmas music also ?? xDDDD) but in order 2 add my music i had 2 reset it T0T which iz fine, i looked thru the music it had & wrote down the songz i liked 2 redownload them which i did lolz. i think the batteryz p good, itz not new but itz in good condition & holdz a charge 4 MUCH longer than my nano lol, which ill probz sell now. im not gonna quit using spotify completely but im def gonna use the ipod a lot more x33
made a spotify playlist w/ all the songz ^_^

& i went thrifting AGAIN over the weekend xDDDD had my eyez peeled 4 a black & gray striped jacket bc i RLLY want one but couldn't find any TwT sum ppl on spacehey said 2 try vinted/depop which like, sure, but idk itz more fun 2 find it in person lolz xDDDD if i rlly cant find one ill probz just buy one off a secondhand site ^^

went 2 the record store with a friend !! we didn't spend 2 much time there bc he had 2 pick up his bf from class & i had 2 get home before 3 LOL but it wuz still fun !! the place wuz emptyy there wuz only like one other person there besidez us. i got 2 cdz, collide with the sky by ptv & the best damn thing by avril Lavigne !! ive been wanting both 4 soo long omg & now i finally have them !! xDDDD originally i planned on getting dookie by green day but 4 sum reason they moved the green day discz 2 a diff section than they were in the last time i went 2 the record store & when i finally found them they didn't have it !! ;w; T0T itz alr tho i luv the cdz i got xDDDD x33 my friend got a dvd, i forgot wut movie xDDDD i paid 4 both of our stuff since he 4got 2 bring money lmao. note 2 self that he owez me $12.99 :PP

i also bought an ipod classic & a super kewl rise against shirt from mercari the other day !! the shirt has shipped but the ipod hasn't yet, im sooo excited 4 it tho !!!! xDDDD x33 fixed up my itunez yesterday & added more songz 2 the playlist i wanna put on it. ill probz resell the nano i have 4 partz/repair bc it needz a new battery & doesn't rlly hold a charge enough 2b used 0-o

also went thrifting in sf over the weekend !! it wuz so much fun omg, i wuz mainly keeping an eye out 4 stuff that ive saved 2 my thrifting pinterest board but didn't rlly find anything TwT looking around wuz still kewl tho ^^ also went 2 the haight & got a shirt from amoeba itz so kewll !! xDDDD x33

watched sum episodez of mtv downtown also, totally fit the vibe xDDDD i kinda want 2 burn the series onto sum discz so i can watch it with my portable dvd player :000 except i dont have a disc burner, i rlly want 2 get one !! mostly bc ive been wanting 2 make mix cdz hehe x33

had a rlly nice weekend !! ive been indoorz 4 a while so on friday i hung out at the library, & went around 2 sum other placez also. basically spent the whole day outside xDDDD i p much stayed home all the dayz after that tho, surfed the net & practiced guitar. i had sum homework yesterday but i finished it all quickly. did sum diy's & organized my pinterest lol, i also started working on issue 2 of stephs room the zine :000 gonna work on the next pagez 4 my webcomic also !! x33

had a pretty chill week ! went to the library on saturday 2 pick up a book i need for English class but other than that i mostly stayed home & sUrFeD tHe NeT lolz xDDDD my mom haz a big pile of stuff she wantz 2 give 2 goodwill but sumtimez i dig thru it & find sum kewl stuff 4 myself lolz, a while ago i found a tote bag she got 4 free @ work. it wuz a little (mayB more than a little, a *bit* but it wasn't too bad) ripped in the back near the handlez but i sewed it a bunch & now u cant even tell it wuz ripped !! there wuz also a logo thingy embroidered on the front but i covered it with this star shaped patch thing i made in craft class last year lolz, it lookz rlly cute !! i have a few bagz but this 1 iz def the largest lol, i mainly use my backpack 4 classes but mayB sumtime i could use this bag also ^^ i dont rlly have 2 carry many bookz anyway. ill include sum picz in my 2nd issue of steph's room (the zine) x33

i went 2 that local show with a friend yesterday !! it wuz so fun omg :000 there were like 5 bandz & i only rlly saw 2 of them but i had a fun time !! (the bandz were meat plate & yours, forever yours) meat plate was loudd & we both forgot earplugs ;w; then some crowdkiller shoved this person in front of me & they elbowed me in the chest, that rlly hurt 0-o we went outside for a bit bc there was sooo much smoke inside at one point, had to get some fresh air lol. criez in straightedge >m0

we checked out the merch table & i wanted 2 get one of yfy's cdz but i didnt bring enough extra money lol, i got a sticker tho !! idk what ill put it on, mayB my laptop ? or maybe ill stick it 2 my wall lol. my friend got a shirt from the main shop & i took sum free stickerz & pinz they had x33

but yeah ! overall we had a fun time. i took pics 2 include in my zine :33 ill upload them 2 my camera roll page also. i wanted 2 bring my digital camera but it needz new batteriez which r coming in january. ill bring it 2 the next show lol

had a chill day at home 2day, watched this movie called 'grind' from 2003, it wuz rly kewl !! a total time machine :000 itz abt sk8rz, i recommend it ^^

speaking of sk8ing, i printed out a new zine 2 add 2 my collection lolz, itz spot check mag #1, shoutout 2 phun x33 itz got a nice list of a bunch of sk8 spotz in salinaz, if ur from down there u should check it out fr.

itz also the first 'full size' zine i have, in other wordz u just fold the pagez in half once after printing them, the other zines i have (which r all mostly made by me) are all quarter page; u fold the page in half & then in half again. bc of this, i got 2 learn how 2 do double sided printz manually, since my printer only printz on one side so i had 2 figure out how 2 arrange everything so the second round of printing iz correct if that makez sense lol (print even numbered pagez, arrange in order, flip over, place into paper tray blank side up & same direction they came out, print out odd numbered pagez). i thought i wuz gonna do it wrong & end up wasting a bunch of ink (itz a 16 page zine !!) but luckily i did it correctly on the first attempt :DD def a technique ill keep in mind & keep using ^^ now i just gotta scan it 4 my zine page on here ^^

anyway, therez a local show going on at this punk shop thatz surprisingly close 2 me ?? like ive been 2 the exact area itz located so many timez and yet never knew abt it until like, last week xDDDD :000 but itz on the 28th & i mightt still be in socal around then bc were going there 2 visit family 4 christmas. or itll be like a day or 2 after coming back, idk. either way i rllyy wanna go, might go with a couple friendz, one iz the drummer 4 my band & the other iz a friend from hs whoz at penn state & might still b in town for winter break, ill have 2 ask. if he cant come then the drummer will def be there lol ^^

i wuz gonna post this last week but honestly after the election fiasco, i had 2 take sum time 2 myself aha. anyway, im not rlly gonna dwell on that 2 much since i already posted abt it (read below) :PP

i spent the day in sf last week, which wuz super fun !! went back 2 amoeba recordz & actually got 2 spend sum more time in there since the last time i went there (which wuz also my 1st time lol) wuz more of a 'spur of the moment' visit lol. man, the place iz HUGE, def a lot bigger than my local record store lol, no shade hush >:00. i got insomniac by green day on cd, they had bullets in their 'rare and collectible' section for guess how much ? $70 !!! no i didn't get it unfortunately lol, but dang, & to think sum of my online friendz have found it at thrift storez for like $5 or less !? def jealous lol.

speaking of green day, did u know the photo on the cover of 'warning' wuz taken in chinatown !? u know i had 2 stop by !! herez a pic !! comparing it 2 the album cover, the spot really hasn't changed that much !! the only differencez r the buisnesses/signage ofc, but nothing else (including that pipe on the wall LOL) ! i'm def gonna revist next time we go 2 sf, mayB ill put a lil sticker of the album on the pole thingy :3 xDDDD a fun little easter egg 4 other green day fanz & a landmark sign 4 pedestrianz hehe x33

11/3/24 - halloween !!

happy belated halloween !! xDDDD i had a fun night, i wouldve gone trick or treating but most of my friendz r far away 4 college & i didnt rlly want to go alone so i stayed home & handed out candy (& i get 2 eat the leftoverz so itz all good xDDDD) i convinced my mom 2 put sum decorationz outside since she usually leavez the porch light on despite me telling her how it never attractz any1 (and it doesnt LOL) so we set out a scarecrow we had in the garage & a pumpkin we bought from safeway. i think they worked pretty well, we got 12 kidz !! xDDDD might not seem like a lot but honestly itz been a while since we've had more than maybe 2 trick or treaterz so itz def an improvement lol xDDDD

anyway i dressed up as the kerplunk girl from green day/laurie l., i had a white wig laying around that wuz more of a pixie cut than a bob but it worked fine lol, i also used the skirt from an old costume, white tanktop + white short sleeve button up combo bc i dont have any plain white teez ('hey there delilah' startz playing lol xDDDD) & i just traced the flower onto an index card & taped it. i also used one of my momz old headbandz which i just covered in sum green scrap fabric lol. so yeah, ig i kinda DIYed a large part of it lol xDDDD. no pistol or anything tho which iz fine, it wuz kinda last minute anyway lol. hope u all enjoyed the holiday 2, if u celebrate !! if u wanna share ur experience, feel free 2 email me !! therez this kewl goth guy in my music studiez class ive been wanting 2 talk 2 4 a while but i can get kinda shy around kewl ppl TwT we had a listening quiz in class 2day (the professor playz a bunch of songz we had 2 listen 2 4 homework over the week & then write down the title, artist, instrumentz we hear, stuff like that) and every1 finished early so we had some extra time 2 ourselvez. he wuz sitting at the table in front of me & i asked him if this wuz our 2nd test or our 3rd bc we have 2 write that on our paperz & the prof didnt tell us beforehand, plus i couldnt remember ("on october 3rd he asked me wut day it wuz" type question lol T0T). he said it wuz the 3rd & we just went on from there xDDDD hez rlly nice & im glad i finally had the chance 2 befriend him !! im excited 2 see him in class again loll x3

9/23/24 - fun stuff !!

I SAW GREEN DAY ON FRIDAYY !!!! xDDDD it wuz my 3rd concert but my 1st time seeing them !! AND IT WUZ SO FUNN OMG !! drove 2 sf which isnt far but there wuz definitely traffic lol, there were 3 openerz (linda lindaz, rancid & smashing pumpkinz) but we missed the first 2 which iz alr lol, wouldve been kewl 2 see them tho. the smashing pumpkinz set wuz super long according 2 setlistfm, we got 2 our seatz in the middle of it. when green day finally came on stage i wuz so hyped !!!! i sang rlly loud & cried a lot lol TwT i gave out braceletz 2 sum ppl & got merch !! (a shirt & buttonz x33) it wuz awesumm.

3 dayz later wuz my first day of college !! my schoolz on a quarter system & i only have 3 classes which iz p kewl !! sociology & intro level statisticz on mondayz & wednesdayz (soc iz on campus & statz iz online, 7 hourz apart from each other lol) & music studiez on tuesdayz & thursdayz on campus. super kewl ! & i dont have any classez on fridayz so i get a 3 day weekend every week !! super kewl loll. just gotta get used 2 finding my classez & navigating around campus ^^
